About Mia

Meet Mia!

Mia is about 3 years old and was surrendered to ADORE by a family who couldn't afford to keep her, or her (grown) pups. Mia is EXTREMELY sweet and yes her eyes are all natural. She hasn't been exposed to many new places and it does take her a few days to adjust, but once she does she's outgoing and affectionate. She was in a home with young kids and other dogs, we think she will be great in another home with kids and dogs. She is getting better at walking on a leash and doesn't require a ton of exercise. She has not lived with a cat, but during her cat test she didn't care they were in the room with her. Mia is goofy, playful, and fun! If you fill out an application for her, you won't regret it!

Mia is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and heartworm positive due to not being on heartworm preventatives. Don't worry, ADORE will get her treatment and the process to adopt her isn't as scary as some may think. Email us at with any questions on adopting or fostering Mia. P.S. heartworms are NOT contagious to people or other animals.

Adoption or foster applications can be found on our website
