She loves to play with toys and will give those soft animals a good tussle tussle! She isn’t around other pets or many new people in her current foster home, but she’s a kitten and she’s not shy, so odds are high that she’ll get along in pretty much any situation. She’s a flexible eater, a good litter box user, and best of all, when presented with a scratching post, she prefers that to the furniture!  This little cuddle bunny would love to sleep in your bed, preferably nestled under your arms where it’s warm and cozy. If you’re looking for an adorable, friendly and flexible little kitty who will give you lots of snuggles, this girl is for you! ________________________________ If you are interested in meeting a dog or cat, we require an adoption application. If the animal has "HAS APPLICATION" listed, they are still available to receive additional applications but also may be in the process of being adopted soon. This Bruce Banner is more like his human namesake than their alter ego. He is a big cat but worry not, he won’t turn into a big green fighting machine and stays in his sweet, lovable cat form. Bruce is incredibly smart, with multiple PhDs, so you may catch him occasionally conducting an experiment or two to answer his latest query, like how small a shoebox can be and still fit a cat. But aside from that, Bruce is ready for a relaxing life, full of head scratches, cat toys and cuddling. He gets along with others and is currently hanging out with his buddy Steve Rogers aka Captain America! Who’s ready to give Bruce the relaxing life he deserves? He did save the world a couple of times, right?! Bruce is an absolute sweetheart (and a big doof) and is guaranteed win over the hearts of anyone in the household. He LOVES attention and loves to cuddle so he constantly chases you around for pets and climbs on top of you when you're laying down. He's a great lapcat and would fit into any household without a problem. __________________________________ If you are interested in meeting a dog or cat, we require an adoption application. She enjoys playing with toys and the other kitties in her foster home, but when she's all tuckered out, she'll snuggle on your lap quietly. Dahlia is bright and curious as well and isn't afraid to wander around on her own private adventures. Once you meet her, you'll be sure to want to take her to your forever home! __________________________________ If you are interested in meeting a dog or cat, we require an adoption application. Name: Dillinger Suspected Breed(s): DSH/Tabby Gender: Male Age: 5 years Weight: 9 lbs Personality: Affectionate, sweet, easygoing, curious Observations with Dogs: Unknown Observations with Cats: Okay with cats after proper introduction Observations with Kids: Unknown House Training Progress: Good litterbox manners Location: DC area foster home Rescued From: Smyth County, VA Additional Information: Dillinger is a special guy who deserves a special family. He is sweet, affectionate, and low-key, but if he could write his life story we’re pretty sure it would be a page-turner. At some time in the past he suffered a spinal injury, but it’s not keeping him down. He climbs stairs and gets up on the bed just fine, but he walks with a wobble and would rather take it easy than get into mischief. Dilly can be a little shy at first and likes to approach you and rub against your legs or climb up for pets and cuddles once you’re sitting down. He has the sweetest small meow; sometimes it is even silent. Quiet and gentle, Dilly will thrive in a home where he can take life at his own pace and be appreciated for his warmth and wiggly charm.
