Please be aware that if your pet/s are not spayed/neutered and up to date on ALL vaccines, there will be a fee to surrender them. This is determined on a case by case basis by the animal Manager who will be responsible for rehoming them. If you are approved to surrender, this fee will be determined and shared with you PRIOR to you bringing the animal to the shelter.

If your application is accepted
-You surrender to Town and Country Humand Society any and all rights to the animal(s) and certify that no other person has the right of property to the animal(s).
-You understand that once you relinquish the animal(s), the animal(s) will not be available to be returned to you.
-You agree to make a donation to help cover the care of the surrendered animal(s).
