I hereby entrust my rabbit(s) to the care of Southwest Florida House Rabbit Rescue (SWFLHRR) for the purpose of bonding, for the agreed-upon time period as indicated below.
I understand that although SWFLHRR volunteers are experienced in bonding companion rabbits, there are inherent dangers to the process and that my rabbit(s) could be injured during the bonding.
I agree to hold harmless SWFLHRR, its officers and volunteers, should some injury occur to my rabbit(s) during the bonding process.
I understand there is no guarantee of a successful bonding, and that the process could take from as little as a few days to several months. I also understand that SWFHRR will return my rabbit(s) to me with recommendations to continue the process under that guidance or to discontinue the process if there is little chance of success.
Should the bonding not work out, I understand the bonding fee is non-refundable and cannot be returned to me. The fee covers time and services of volunteers working on the bonding of my rabbit(s).
SWFLHRR certifies that while in our care your rabbits will be housed indoors, given fresh food and hay, and kept in a safe environment. We also certify that we will take every precaution to prevent injury to your rabbit(s) during the bonding process, though no guarantee can be made in this regard. As the bonding process can present some danger of injury, there is a slight chance that your rabbit(s) may receive some injury as a result from fighting. We also certify that if any injury should occur, we will call you immediately and take your rabbit to a qualified Exotic Veterinarian for treatment, if requested by you and at your expense.
