About Pipsqueak

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Pipsqueak may be petite, but she’s got an awful lot of spunk!  She's got a big attitude and a big heart and is looking for an adopter that will appreciate both! This tiny 5 ½ pound girl came to us with a heart condition that required the specialized care of a cardiologist.  Pipsqueak recently underwent heart surgery to correct her PDA ligation and the prognosis is that she should be able to live a long and happy life.  Little Pip’s challenges didn’t stop there – she also had teeth that have seen better days and a bum knee.  We worked with a team of dedicated vets and specialists to get her teeth cleaned up and her knee back in working order. Pipsqueak is sassy, spunky, and fully recovered. Her vets expect her to have a normal life from here on out with no real restrictions. We're delighted to have played a part in helping this special little gal. Are you interested in bringing her home? You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. While SVPP strongly believes that most domestic kitties will live longer and healthier lives indoors, we occasionally encounter kitties better suited to a life with a little more freedom.  Sometimes these are older kittens that were captured past the prime time to socialize them and they're not as friendly as we had hoped they'd become. Others are adults that have had outdoor lives previously and are truly struggling to acclimate to a life indoors. Some are truly feral and need to be relocated from their original territory.  Many of these kitties believe strongly in being seen, but not touched. In exchange for food and access to shelter, they'll keep rodents out of your garage and yard. They'll provide passive companionship as you relax on your patio or in your yard, content to lounge in the sun.  Our commitment to their healthcare is the same: all cats will be spayed or neutered, vaccinated, tested for FIV/FeLV, treated for fleas and other parasites, and microchipped. We ask that guardians seeking a feline for their garden, yard, shop, barn, porch, or garage be willing to provide shelter, food, water, and basic veterinary care. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. show less
