About Rudolph Valentino

Rudolph Valentino (Rudy), a very handsome young adult, is an independent boy who loves meal time, play time, and treat time. He can be a bit skittish when initially approached, but if there’s a treat or a wand toy ready for him, he’ll come right back to you. After a good play session, Rudy relaxes and enjoys gentle pets and attention. Rudy loves other cats and has bonded well with the four cats in his foster home. As a result, we think it best if he is adopted into a home where there are other cats for him to play with. Because of his bashfulness and tendency to be a little skittish at times, Rudy is best suited for a quiet, adult home where he will be the center of attention and can continue to respond to patience and gentle socialization. Rudy has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and FeLV/FIV tested negative. His adoption fee of $95 helps Friends of Chicago Animal Care & Control continue their life-saving helping to save Chicago's neediest animals. To obtain an Adoption Application, please email

Arya Stark is a feisty 2 year old tabby girl who, like her namesake, has had a rough go of it. She was found stuck in a drainage ditch and has traveled around the city of Chicago looking to find her forever home. Arya is spunky, energetic and intelligent. She loves playing with laser pointers, toy mice and grocery bags. She is independent, but will seek out affection on her own terms. Arya is still learning that humans can be trusted and what it means to be pet and loved on. Don't be alarmed if she lets you know she needs her space. It may take her awhile to trust you, but be patient. If you can respect her boundaries, give her time to adapt and let her do things in her own time frame, she will eventually curl up on your chest for a nap. Arya is currently being cared for in an environment with cats, but while it may be best she is adopted as an only cat, she can get along with other cats provided they are playful and easygoing. She has a tendency to be the boss about her space and food. Arya Stark is up-to-date on vaccinatins, microchipped, virus tested negative for Felv/FIV, and spayed. Her litter box habits are impeccable, and she loves using her scratching post. Please visit her at the Windy Kitty Cat Cafe in Chicago. Her adoption fee of $95 benefits the rescued pets of Friends of Chicago Animal Care and Control. Please adopt Arya and let her prove she can be a loving and sweet pet, if she were only given the chance. show less
