About Zuri

Zuri is bashful and needs a home that will be patient as he learns how the world works. Zuri is shy when he first meets you and he is getting over his trust issues from his previous owner. At first, he may only let you pet his head, but soon he will let you pet him all over and give belly rubs. He needs to get to know you and to feel safe, and then he’ll be your best friend. He loves rowdy play sessions with his brother, W’kabi, and enjoys the humans who care for him. He's quite the conversationalist and will call out for you when he is looking for you! We would love to find a home with human with a soft touch and some experience working with shy cats. The bond Zuri and W’kabi shares with their future adopter is going to be extra special. Zuri is neutered and microchipped. This cat is in a loving foster home.  To meet him and his brother W'Kabi, please fill out our adoption application at www.thedancingcat.org/adopt.  More information about this cat and all of our adoptable cats can be found at www.thedancingcat.org/cats.

Rosi and Remi are an adorable brother/sister duo looking for a forever home together. They were rescued as strays at about 3 months old. They have been spayed/neutered, microchipped, de-wormed, tested negative for FeLV/FIV and are up to date on vaccinations. They are a well-matched pair. Rosi started out being a shy girl with a lot of curiosity and Remi was a sweet confident boy who gave Rosi security. Now at around 7 months old, Rosi has become the confident one and still curious; Remi is still a big lovable relaxed guy when you can catch him, which is usually when he's curled up in bed.  Both kittens have soft, silky black-and-white tuxedo markings just made for petting. Rosi loves to be petted and will purr; Remi enjoys belly rubs and kisses. Rosi will be your best friend at dinner time, curling around your legs and waiting for that bowl of wet food they both love so much. Both kittens free feed on dry and look forward to their dinner of canned food.  They are both fine with other cats and spent a week with a visiting dog and did wonderfully with her.  They were curious and accepted the dog without any fear. They are litter box trained house cats.  Rosi and Remi are living in a foster home in San Jose.
