About Brandy

There's a port on a western bay And ships always go and pass me away. My heart is lonely and I would like someone that I can call my home So I'm the girl in this harbor town And I'm kinda shy but my love knows no bounds The shelter peeps say "Brandy, you're so good, you can't stay!" And so now I need some help in finding my way The sailors say, "Brandy, you're a fine girl" (you're a fine girl) "What a good girl you would be" (such a fine girl) "Yeah, your eyes could steal a sailor from the sea" Fine Girl Brandy is a 3 year old 40 lb mixed pup. She's a little shy at first but her personality is really starting to shine through. She is dog friendly. To apply for Brandy email

Meet Imogen! (pronounced Ima Jean) This tiny little senior was found wandering the streets in a rural area outside Houston. She is around 12 yrs old and weighs 6 lbs. Imogen LOVES scritches and being brushed and dances when you pet her. She's an independent little lady who loves to explore and sniff. She is completely blind but does well once she's learned the layout. She lives in a foster home with cats and dogs and does just fine - she just ignores them. Because of her size and disability, she would do best in a quiet home with calmer dogs as she is easily stepped on! She's not a huge fan of being carried but she LOVES couch cuddles! She also loves sunbaths and dog beds! Imogen can hear and responds to her name. When she finds you, which can take a while b/c she's blind, her little nub wags so fast! She loves her meals, snoozing under a fan and hanging out in the yard. As is common with senior dogs, Imogen has a few health issues - she has a heart murmur but right now it does not require any medication. She is also heartworm positive but is following the slow-kill protocol to kill off the worms. All slow-kill medication will be provided to her adopter. She recently had a full dental cleaning and her teeth look great! Imogen is currently being fostered in Houston, TX and would fly to her new home in-cabin with a volunteer.
