Hi, I’m Buckley!🤎 I’m almost 5 months old, and I’m a handsome Shepherd mix with the sweetest heart you’ll ever meet! I made the long trip here from Texas a couple of weeks ago, and even though everything was new and a little scary, my foster family says I settled in almost right away. I guess I just knew I was finally getting a chance at the good life.🥹 If you’re looking for an easygoing, happy go lucky puppy, I think we should meet! I love making new friends and have done great with everyone I’ve met. Dogs? Yep! Cats? Yep! Kids? ABSOLUTELY!❤️ I love being around my people and am always ready for belly rubs, snuggles, or a little playtime.😆 I’ve also been working really hard on being the best boy. I’m doing great in my kennel, making awesome progress with potty training, and learning all about how to be a well mannered pup!😊 My foster family says I’m such a good boy, and I try my very best every single day! Now, I won’t pretend I’m already a perfect grown up dog…I’m still a puppy after all! That means I have lots to learn, and I’ll need a family who is excited to teach me all the important things as I grow. With patience, love, and consistency, I know I’m going to grow into the most loyal, loving best friend you could ever ask for!🐾 More than anything, I’m dreaming of a family to call my own, a place where I can grow up, make memories, and be loved forever. Meet Braxton! 🐾 Braxton is a 5-month-old mixed-breed puppy who currently weighs about 20 pounds. He’s a sweet, affectionate boy with a gentle personality who just needs a little time to warm up. He can be shy when meeting new people, but once he feels comfortable, his playful and loving personality shines! Braxton would do wonderfully in a home with another dog and children. He absolutely loves playing with his canine friends and enjoys following the kids around the backyard to see what they’re up to. He’s curious, eager to be part of the fun, and happiest when he’s included in family activities. He’s doing great with potty training and is learning to go outside consistently. Despite everything, she remains one of the gentlest, most loving girls you could ever meet!🥹 Nova recently finished raising her puppies and is finally getting the chance to focus on being a dog herself. She was an incredible mama, giving birth to 4 beautiful puppies of her own while also lovingly accepting and caring for 2 orphaned babies as if they were hers.🥺 Through it all, she never stopped being patient, nurturing, and devoted. As if that wasn’t enough, she also made the long journey from New Mexico to South Dakota in search of a better future!🩷 Now it’s Nova’s turn to be cared for and spoiled!🥰 Nova is a sweet, affectionate girl who absolutely loves being close to her people. Whether she’s curled up beside you on the couch or soaking up all the pets and attention she can get, she is happiest when she’s with someone she loves. She also has a playful side and enjoys splashing around in the water whenever she gets the chance!🐶 Like many dogs who have experienced a lot of change in their lives, Nova can be a little anxious at times as she adjusts to new situations. She’s currently around 30 lbs and we don’t expect her to get much bigger. This girl is a quick learner! She’s already kennel trained at night, listens well, and is eager to please—she truly loves making her people happy and picks things up fast. Jackie is full of fun and would thrive in an active home. She loves to run and play, enjoys car rides, and is always ready to wind down with a chew toy after a good adventure. She absolutely adores kids and has done wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and even farm animals like chickens, pigs, and ducks. She’s also been around cattle and doesn’t seem bothered by them. Jackie’s story started off a little rough. She and her siblings were raised outdoors, and despite their mom doing everything she could to care for them, food was scarce. When they were finally brought to safety, all of the puppies were very sick with coccidia. Jackie is the only survivor of her litter—a true little fighter with a resilient spirit. Allow us to introduce you to this handsome young man, Henry! 💚 Henry was rescued alongside his mom from the streets of Texas and is now ready for a fresh start and a forever home. 🥰 As the only surviving pup from his litter, he’s proven to be incredibly resilient. He’s about 1.5 years old and is incredibly sweet, smart, and eager to learn and please.🥹 This is Henry’s first time being separated from his mom, so the world is still very new to him.💙 Henry is still a bit shy and unsure of the world, but he’s very curious and taking everything in as he adjusts to the good life. His confidence really shines when he’s around another confident dog! 🐶 He’s already doing great with a routine, he goes outside consistently, he walks AMAZINGLY on a leash, whether on a harness or flat collar, and rides beautifully in the car.🩵 Henry is treat-motivated and loves to learn, which makes him a great candidate for continued training. He was adopted from us about 2 years ago and has been deeply loved. His family cares about him so much and just wants to make sure he goes to a safe, loving home. Hi, I’m Bob (but I respond best to “Bob Bob”)! I’m about 3 years old and full of personality. I’ve lived with kids of all ages and love being part of a family. I’m crate-trained and see my kennel as my safe space, but I’d much rather be near you—snuggling, relaxing on my bed, or just hanging out. I LOVE walks, car rides, and being involved in whatever you’re doing (I might even sit at the table to “join” you). I have lived with other dogs and love to play (sometimes I get a little silly, like trapping them under blankets). Cats aren’t really my thing—they’re a bit scary to me. Fun facts: I LOVE ice cubes (the icemaker is my favorite sound), ear scratches are the best, and I’ll happily watch the vacuum or wait by the door for you to come home. 🚨Deebo needs us! Foster or Adopter needed ASAP Through absolutely no fault of his own, Deebo suddenly lost his foster home due to unexpected circumstances. This has nothing to do with him, he is SUCH a good boy. 💔 we are extremely grateful for the time his foster was able to give him 🥹 What Deebo doesn’t do well with? Long-term boarding. 😢 He thrives on human connection. He wants his people. Being kenneled without that consistency is hard on him. Deebo is almost 5 years old, around 40 lbs, kennel trained and he has that perfect medium energy- toss his ball, give him a new toy, take him for a walk… and then he’s happy to relax right beside you. 💙 Yes, he was previously returned for escaping a fence, but here’s the important part: His foster has had zero issues with him escaping or even attempting to. Not once. He may simply need: ✨ A secure yard ✨ Or someone committed to leash walks He gets along with other dogs, cats, and kids. Truly. He just wants to belong.🥺💙 Deebo has been let down more than once. He keeps loving anyway. He keeps trusting anyway. Meet Honey 🍯 Honey made her way to us on our most recent transport from Texas, and she has been pure sunshine ever since! At around 2–3 years old and approximately 14 pounds, Honey is the perfect petite size — small enough to be your little sidekick, but not your typical timid lap dog. She’s incredibly outgoing, confident, and absolutely loves meeting new people. If you’re looking for a social butterfly, she’s your girl! Honey doesn’t bark, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and does great being home alone with her canine friends. She uses puppy pads and settles in nicely. When she gets excited, she does the cutest little spin in circles — it’s impossible not to smile watching her. She’s not much of a toy player, but she is a professional cuddle bug. I’m gentle, easygoing, and pretty low-maintenance overall! Like most dogs, I’m not a big fan of fireworks or thunderstorms, but aside from that, I’m a breeze to live with.🥰 I love people as well as kids, i get along well with other dogs, and enjoy a good balance of relaxing inside and running around outside. Kiwi (aka Benny) is a 5-month-old Heeler/Chiweenie mix who came to us on our most recent transport from Texas — and this little guy just keeps getting better and better 💚 he was dumped alongside his siblings and mom at a common dumping area 💔 His foster shares that Benny has really come out of his shell over the last week and is truly showing what an amazing pup he is! He’s proven to be quite the little “guard dog” 😉 — extremely attentive and gentle with the young girls in the home (ages 2 & 4). He gets along wonderfully with the resident dogs and cats, making him an easy addition to a multi-pet household. Benny is incredibly well-behaved for such a young puppy. He’s very eager to please, extremely smart, and listens so well. He’s mostly potty trained and does great when you stay consistent with letting him outside. He has never had an accident in his kennel and sleeps there most nights without any issues. He’s still learning cues to go outside (totally expected since this is his first real home), but he’s catching on quickly! He’s learning to walk on a leash and is already doing impressively well. Patsy (aka Ziva) came to us on our most recent transport from Texas, and this 5-month-old mixed breed girl has already stolen hearts. 💛 She was the last of her litter still waiting for a home — and we truly cannot believe she hadn’t been scooped up yet. Ziva is expected to be a large breed once fully grown, so she’s going to be a big, beautiful girl with an even bigger heart. Her foster says she’s one of the sweetest puppies they’ve ever been around. She is incredibly focused, eager to please, and so easy to train. She listens beautifully and takes direction like a little pro. For such a young pup, she’s impressively attentive and gentle. She gets along great with the other dogs in her foster home and loves playing with her toys or zooming around outside. She also walks nicely on leash and enjoys getting out for strolls — future hiking buddy, anyone? Once the weather warms up, she’ll be the perfect companion for outdoor adventures. And when the fun is over? She’s all about the snuggles and belly rubs. 🥰 Ziva truly seems to want to learn and try new things. She’s that perfect mix of smart, sweet, playful, and affectionate.
