Meet Rosco! He is about 6-7 months old and weighs 31 pounds. Rosco loves kids, cats, and other dogs and is just such an amazing dog! He is smart and catches on very quickly. Rosco is also crazy about belly rubs. He can be shy at first but it doesn't take him long at all to give you hugs and show you his kangaroo hops! Rosco knows how to sit and shake! He does great in his kennel too. From his foster: Rosco did very good at groomers loved his bath and handled nail trim well. He’s still learning how to walk on leash. And learning his name. He’s already learned to Sit! With cats he’s very nervous. Gives our cat lots of space. But is tempted to chase if cat runs. He’s been on a dog walking trail and seems a bit anxious when other dogs approach but everything is new to him. He’s not eating as well as we would like, but isn’t going hungry. Still adjusting to being in a home I think with so many distractions that he’s gotta be very hungry before eating. No potty accidents! And we still haven’t heard him bark. Most sound he’s made is a little whimper when put in his crate for us to leave for school/work. He loves his squirrel and raccoon toy and belly rubs. Very loving. She was born March of 2019 and she even beat parvo as a puppy! ❤️🩹All of her littermates were adopted except for her and her brother and they came to South Dakota in hopes of finally finding a forever home! 🐶 Pickles does well with kids, cats, and dogs🐾She would do best in a home with another dog to show her the ropes, but that is not a requirement!
