Meet Ody!🐶 Ody is about 1-2 years old and he came to us from Texas! He was found as a stray tied up to a fence, waiting for help. Ody was burned at some point too and now has scars on his back from it.😢 He is good with most dogs, cats, and kids! He can be a little shy at first but it doesn’t take him long to know he’s safe.❤️ He is such a sweet boy and has come a long ways since he first arrived! He’s a calm but happy and outgoing boy. He’s gentle and affectionate towards everyone that gives him love.🥰 Ody would LOVE to be able to sleep on a couch or bed and get all the snuggles in the world. He came all this way in hopes he would be able to get to do that with his furever family!🤍 show less

Meet Roz!💙 Roz is about 2-3 years old and he was rescued from the euthanasia list in New Mexico.❤️🩹 We think he may have been mis treated as certain things can make him scared.😢 Roz is still SO full of love though and is the sweetest boy! He loves other dogs, but people are his favorite.😆 He loves to lay in his comfy bed, but would love to lay in your lap too!🐶 He isn’t super active but does enjoy to play with the other dogs and go on adventures. When he gets tired, he will lay right next to you and want all the cuddles! He is such a good companion and the best dog ever. Meet Penny😊 Penny is about 4-5 years old and she appears to be a chocolate lab. Penny came to us from a high kill shelter in New Mexico, where she was going to be euthanized for space.☹️ Penny was rescued from a hoarding situation in Texas and now has some broken/ wore down teeth due to the neglect she endured..❤️🩹 Although she has been through a lot, she has not let any of it affect her! She is such a happy girl and is SO sweet. She’s very affectionate and loves to be around people and other dogs. She does really good in her room, in the car, and walking on a leash!🐶 She is such a beautiful, well mannered girl who is hoping to be living her best life with her furever family very soon!💗🐾 show less

How is Rocky still stuck here?!😢 He is our longest resident at the facility. Rocky came to us several months ago to avoid euthanasia in the overcrowded shelters of Texas💚. He is around 2 years old, he loves anyone and everyone, and he even does great with kids!🤍 Rocky gets along great with other dogs, he really likes to wrestle and play with them! 🐶 He is a very playful boy, but at the same time he loves to sun bathe, and relax on the floor while you get chores done 💙 He is very loving and loves to be with people and follow them around. He is kennel trained as well! He is such a good boy that is just longing for a family of his own. He has watched all of his friends leave and he continues to watch them come and go. But when will it be his turn?! Unfortunately Rocky is still working on gaining weight but we believe once he gets out of the kennel environment and under less stress he will be on the path to being a big healthy boy! show less

Everyone, meet Cassie! 🤍🐾 She is about 11 months old Cassie came to us from Arizona last month. Her dad drove her all the way here to avoid euthanasia in the overpopulated shelters in AZ. Cassie’s dad adopted her and her sister, and unfortunately littermate syndrome got the best of them💔 they were originally abandoned, they were found in a field emaciated and covered in cactuses. We have worked with Cassie for over a month now and at this point in time we believe she would do best as the only dog in the home. Cats are unknown at this time but could be tested later. Now the good! Cassie is an AMAZING dog. She is SUPER people loving and eager to please and smart. She loves to cuddle, she loves to play. She will play with you or she can show you how to throw her toys for her. She loves to run and get the zoomies. She will do anything for a treat! She is kennel trained and potty trained. Meet Cora!😍 Cora came from New Mexico, where she was going to be euthanized for space.☹️ She is about 2 years old and possibly some kind of herding breed mix. She is so beautiful and very sweet, but is going to need time to warm up to this new life of hers. She would do best with another dog because she is so insecure of everything when alone. She needs someone who is willing to give her the time she needs to adjust and warm up to being in a home and around a new family. Meet Yode!💚🐾 Yode is about 1.5 years old, and he is believed to be a shepherd/terrier mix. Yode gets along great with all of the other dogs, he follows the other dogs around to understand that the world isn’t a scary place💚 he is good with kids as well! He loves his kennel. Yode also loves to play fetch once he warms up 🎾🐶 Yode gets the zoomies every once in awhile and it’s so cute 🐾 He can be shy at first but he is quick to trust a loving hand! Luna also loves the water and gets in her pool with her tennis balls multiple times a day. Luna is full of energy but still loves a good nap. Good with cats, female, male dogs and kids. show less

Meet Bolt! This little fella is about 6 months old and around 30lbs, he's got short little legs and probably won't be over 40lbs fully grown! He was rescued in Texas, he was found in a ditch at only 5 weeks old with Cerebellar Hypoplasia and was unable to walk correctly Bolt has since made a full recovery, his only flaw is that now he has a little lazy eye, but we don't see it as a flaw- it makes him cuter Bolt is so sweet, and such a lover he is eager to please and he loves to play. He gets along with dogs, cats, and kids! What more could you want?? show less

Unfortunately, Murphy spent his very 1st birthday without his forever family last week 💔): this boy is ready to go to his FUREVER home💙🐾 Murphy is a small breed dog, around 30lbs. He came to us from Texas after he was discarded by his ‘owners’ in the streets like trash. He is worth so much more than he has been shown!💙 Murphy does suffer from ‘small dog syndrome’ 🤣 this means he would do best with a dominant dog to show him the ropes and keep him out of trouble, although he is amazing with puppies! He could also be happy as an only pet. He would do best in a home with no cats! We believe he could be mixed with a herding breed because sometimes he acts like it😆 he would do best with an active lifestyle to keep him busy! He is kennel trained and potty trained! She pretty much minds her own business and is pretty low energy. She also goes right into her kennel for bedtime! 🤍🐾She has been such an easy, gentle dog and she does not deserve to be here! She almost acts like an old soul, but she is very loving and friendly and smart.
