Meet Elmer Fudd: The Brave and Sweet Doberman Puppy with a Big Heart! Introducing Elmer Fudd, a purebred Doberman puppy who’s already been through quite the journey, but is still full of love and playfulness! At 5 months old and about 30lbs, Elmer is growing into a strong, energetic pup who loves to play with toys, other dogs, and cuddle up with his humans. Despite his tough start, Elmer is an incredibly resilient boy and is ready to find a loving home to continue his journey! About Elmer Fudd: Born: 11.04.24 Breed: Purebred Doberman Weight: Around 30lbs at 5 months old (growing every day!) Personality: Smart, clumsy, and super cuddly! Elmer is a playful puppy who loves toys, other dogs, and snuggling with his people after a day of fun. Health Journey: Elmer has been recovering from osteomyelitis (a bone infection) and is finishing up his antibiotics, with just a little more treatment left to go until the end of April. He’s made great progress, regaining strength and muscle in his hind legs. However, a recent x-ray showed some areas of concern in his femurs. These could be related to the infection or a condition called osteochondritis, and his vet is consulting with the WSU Ortho Department for guidance on next steps. Despite this, Elmer is thriving and still the playful pup he’s always been! Training: Elmer is working hard on potty training and crate training and is making great strides. He’s a smart pup and loves to learn, with plenty of room to grow into a well-mannered companion. Ideal Home: Elmer will do best in a family that’s committed to continuing his recovery and providing him with the love and care he needs to fully heal. He’s a sweet and loving boy who will thrive in a home that can offer him plenty of playtime, cuddles, and support as he grows into a healthy adult dog. Elmer Fudd may have had a rough start, but his resilience and sweet personality shine through every day. With the right family to support his journey, he’ll be a loyal, loving companion for years to come. Want to meet Elmer Fudd? Fill out an inquiry form or visit our website for more information! Elmer Fudd is in a foster home in Spokane, WA and can be transported to your area (see information below in the “Adopting from Path of Hope Rescue” section). Introducing Neptune – A Mighty Pup with a Big Personality! 🌊🐾 Born on February 16, 2025, Neptune is named after the powerful Roman god of the sea—and he definitely lives up to his name! Independent, playful, and full of youthful energy, this little guy is ready to make waves in your home. Neptune loves to play hard and is happy to keep himself entertained with his favorite chew toys and balls. He's not the clingy, lap-dog type—he’s got his own agenda (usually involving zoomies in the yard) and he’s proud of it! He’s currently working on potty and crate training. While he’ll let you know he’s not thrilled about crate time at first, he does settle down and sleep through the night like a champ. Neptune would thrive in an active household with a doggy sibling to romp around with and show him the ropes. He’s looking for a family that appreciates a spirited pup who marches to the beat of his own drum—not necessarily one that expects a cuddle bug. 🐶 Ready for a little god of the sea to splash into your life? Want to meet Neptune? Meet Mena – A Gentle Goddess with a Heart of Gold Born on February 16, 2025, Mena is named after a Roman goddess — and like her namesake, she carries an air of quiet wisdom and grace. This sweet and curious girl is as loving as she is clever, always ready to explore new places but never straying too far from her favorite people. Mena loves a good game of tug with her dog friends and can entertain herself for hours with her favorite toys. She's a true cuddlebug — happiest when snuggled up next to her humans… until she gets too warm, then she cools off with a nap on the floor! She may not be very food motivated, but she lights up for praise, pets, and squeaky toys. This smart pup is crate trained, sleeps soundly through the night, and is almost fully potty trained — especially with the help of a dog door. She’s well on her way to becoming the perfect house companion. Mena’s ideal home includes another friendly pup to play with and people who can shower her with love, attention, and cozy couch snuggles (she’s definitely a "furniture dog"!). She thrives when she’s close to her humans and would do best in a home where she’s not left alone too often. An outdoor enthusiast at heart, Mena would make a wonderful hiking or adventure buddy. She’d love regular access to the yard for zoomies and exploration. If you're looking for a loyal, affectionate, and smart companion to share your life and adventures with, Mena just might be your perfect match! Want to meet Mena? Fill out an inquiry form or visit our website for more information! Mena is in a foster home in Spokane, WA and can be transported to your area (see information below in the “Adopting from Path of Hope Rescue” section). Meet Sol! Sol is in a foster home in Spokane, WA and can be transported to your area (see information below in the “Adopting from Path of Hope Rescue” section). Sol is the mama of our Roman Gods and Goddesses litter; she and her eight puppies were transported by our partner Austin Pets Alive from Texas to the PNW area for a second chance at life. Sol is a Cattle Dog mix with black and white markings. Sol has striking eyes; one is blue, the other is brown (a relatively rare condition known as heterochromia, where an eye lacks the pigment melanin).  Loving, gentle, and a dedicated mom to her pups, Sol cares for her babies while sneaking in a little well-deserved “me time” when she can. We are taking applications for Sol now, and she will be able to go home with an adopter once her pups are weaned, and she has been spayed, around April 19, 2025. We are just getting to know Sol, but here is a letter from her foster mom in Texas: I just would like to give a small bio on this wonderful, sweet, easygoing and cuddly momma, Sol! I’ve had her for about 3 weeks now and ever since we got her (still pregnant) all she wanted was just to cuddle and give love to her humans! Sol was a little intimidating at first to my little dogs, but she never reacted to them, not a single growl, she actually wanted to meet them but mine take a few days to warm up to fosters! After a few days, they were fine with her! She’s been a little protective now that she has her babies, but all mommas are for the most part. She’s only protective with other dogs, but she’s amazing with humans! My husband could get close to the puppies, my daughters, friends that would visit and she never minded at all. She’s the most amazing girl that would do well in any household. Sol is super people friendly (adults and kids). Dog and cat friendly as well. She doesn’t react to cats; she would stare but not interested in getting to know them! She’s potty trained, leash trained and is super gentle when it comes to taking treats! Sol is also a professional cuddle connoisseur! Belly rubs?  Check! Lap naps? Double check!! She is not a big fan of crates but will tolerate for a small period of time. She’s so good in the house that she was allowed to roam free prior to having her puppies. She was more accepting of a playpen so that’s what we set up for her. She stayed in the playpen with them, all cuddled up in a little kid’s pool. She seemed to like it better! Sol is not a chewer, she does however enjoy her treats a lot, like her bully sticks or sweet potato treats! Want to meet mama Sol? Fill out an inquiry or visit our website for more information! Meet Bubblicious!  If you're looking for a fun, energetic, and sweet puppy to bring joy and laughter into your home, look no further than Bubblicious! Born on January 30, 2025, this adorable boy is full of love, playfulness, and a bit of clumsiness—he’s truly in his "velociraptor puppy" era! 🦖 Bubblicious may be a bit of a klutz, but he’s got a heart of gold. He’s always up for a game of fetch, chewing on anything he can find (don’t worry, he’s working on it!), and bringing a smile to everyone around him. He’s currently putting his best paw forward when it comes to crate training and potty training, and he’s eager to learn how to be the goodest boy! This sweet boy would thrive in a home with a mentor dog to show him the ropes, play with him, and guide him through his puppy antics. Bubblicious is also learning how to respect cats and their space, and we're confident he’ll have that down in no time with the right guidance. If you’re ready for a fun-loving, goofy, and affectionate puppy who will bring endless joy to your life, Bubblicious might just be the perfect fit for you! Want to meet Bubblicious?
