Meet Hazel! A sweet and soft 6 month old girl. Hazel - or we playfully call her, Hazel Basil - This sweet angel may be a little shy when you first meet her, but she quickly warms up. Hazel is incredibly smart as she knows how to sit, lay down, and high-five. She does well with other dogs, and is curious about cats so she is continually being trained and exposed. She does not have much exposure to young children, but the time that she did, the loud noises and energy appeared to be a lot for her as she was found observing afar while lying in her crate.   Hazel spends most of her days inside, enjoying the A/C while chewing on her favorite toy or playing with her foster dog brother. Hazel is potty trained and eats very well. For a puppy, Hazel’s energy level can be described as low to medium as she is often lounging with her foster family, but can be playful and get the zoomies every so often (especially when she is with other dogs). Hazel is crate-trained as she does experience some FOMO (fear of missing out) when crated at times during the day, but is ultimately able to self-soothe and nap peacefully, and sleeps soundly in her crate at night as long as she sees that you are close by.   Hazel does need additional training and redirection as she will show you her puppy tendencies of chewing on things other than her toys.  Puppy: up to 1 yr $450.00 Our dogs are spayed/neutered and a registered chip. For our puppies they are up to date on vaccinations.  Once adopted it is the new owner’s responsibility to continue the remaining vaccinations with a veterinarian. Our adoption process includes an initial conversation about the dog to see if the dog is a good match or if another dog could be a more suitable match. We also will complete a home visit. It should be noted that our adoption counselors know the dogs and can best guide any possible adopter with a suitable match. Meet  Heron! He loves to play with his toys, and is always up for a game of tug!  When he is tired he will put himself to bed on his bed or will cuddle on the couch with you. He is doing good at potty training and is crate trained. Heron will make an absolute wonderful family dog and a great companion. Jasper has led an exciting life for his first 6 months!  He was part of an owner surrender litter and became a loved foster puppy. He found out that he was 100%  German Shepherd through his DNA!  He knows all his basic commands and will “stay” even when distracted or when treats are thrown next to him and he walks well on a leash. He is trained to respect free range chickens and cats.   Jasper is good with kids but due to his size would do best with kids 8 or over.  He is happy exploring outside but also happy lounging with his people!   Jasper enjoys  playing with his foster’s 3 big dogs and two other foster puppies. He is such a good, beautiful boy with so much love and cuddles to give. He’s going to be a big boy but has a very sweet disposition and is eager to please. Jasper is treat motivated and very intelligent. He sleeps all night in his crate, is housetrained and is fully vaccinated and neutered.  Jasper wants to find someone to love him in a forever home! Puppy: up to 1 yr $450.00 Each of our dogs are fully vaccinated to include Bordetella, DHPP, DHLPP and Rabies. We deworm each dog and chip. Lastly, we spay or neuter each of our dogs. Our adoption process includes an initial conversation about the dog to see if the dog is a good match or if another dog could be a more suitable match. We also will complete a home visit. Meet Mac! Our Mac AKA Mac attack. Mac is a fun, loving and affectionate boy. He loves all his humans the same and doesn’t play favorites. He’s a typical playful puppy who’s always down for a good time. Mac lives with a 17 year old feline foster sister who he shows some interest in but if he tries to push the limits, which is rare, he immediately responds to the cats correction. He loves his canine foster brothers and playtime with them. Mac lives with a teen human brother and a 4 year old human sister. He loves his four year old but is a typical puppy and will respond well to correction when he gets excited. He gives the best kisses and loves to be on your lap. Mac hasn’t met a toy he doesn’t love. He is crate trained and pee pad trained. Mac would do great in a home with kids of any age but if the kids are young then the adults need to be expecting typically puppy behavior and be on top of the corrections. He listens well and all the guy wants to do is play. Puppy: up to 1 yr $450.00 Our dogs are spayed/neutered and a registered chip. For our puppies they are up to date on vaccinations.  Once adopted it is the new owner’s responsibility to continue the remaining vaccinations with a veterinarian. Meet Major! Our big Major man is just a love. He is super affectionate and will take as much as you will give him and then a little more. He marches to the beat of his own drum and is an independent little dude. Major is always off around the house looking for an adventure regardless of what the other dogs are doing but he has great recall. As soon as he hears his name he comes running. He is very respectful but somewhat curious of his 17 year old feline foster sister. Major loves to play with his littermates and doesn’t push limits with his big canine foster brothers. Major loves his 4 year old human foster sister but does need correction from time to time like the typical puppy. He is definitely the favorite of his teenage human foster brother and all his friends. Mealtime and snuggles are what he lives for right now. He is crate trained and pee pad trained. Major would do great as an only dog as he is definitely more human focused but I’m sure would attach to a dog buddy. A home with kids 4 years or older would probably be more ideal as he adores kiddos but may be a bit much for really small ones. Puppy: up to 1 yr $450.00 Our dogs are spayed/neutered and a registered chip.
