Muchacho is is a handsome young pup, playful and adventurous. He’s incredibly smart, looks and listens when spoken to, and learns commands very quickly. He adjusts to changes and new settings very quickly. He is almost fully house broken and is completely crate trained. He will even bring you your slippers, or shoes... or he may take them to his crate, but don't worry he won't chew them, he just likes to collect them. Muchacho is playful and loving with kids of all ages and other dogs. Mooch would be a wonderful addition to any home that will be loving and playful with him because he loves to cuddle. Adoption fees: Puppies: up to 1 yr $450.00 Each of our dogs are fully vaccinated to include Bordetella, DHPP, DHLPP and Rabies. We deworm each dog and chip. Lastly, we spay or neuter each of our dogs. Our adoption process includes an initial conversation about the dog to see if the dog is a good match or if another dog could be a more suitable match. Here's Pickle! Pickle is an 11 month old belgian malinois pup looking for his forever home.  Pickle's foster says he is the sweetest dog ever! He rushes out of his crate each morning to grab a toy and then greet you with his paws and head in your lap. He is not a dominant dog and would do well in a home with a canine friend he can continue learning from.  He is one of 3 fur boys in his current foster home and gets along with everyone.  He especially loves when puppies come through, he wants to cuddle them and love on them. We aren't sure if hes confused about his prey drive or what!  Pickle is completely house broken and crate trained.  He prefers to sleep on you but will almost as happily sleep in a wire crate next to your bed. He spins in circles at meal time and is always good for a laugh. He know sit, down, wait, go to bed and is working hard on his leash manners.  He gets so excited with all the friends he can make and smells he can smell when out and about.  Pickle's current foster home has a dog savvy 9 year old and does well with him.  His forever home should have kids at least that age and the adults in the house should have breed experience. If you want to talk to us about Pickle please fill out an application.  Adoption fees: Puppy: up to 1 year $450.00 Each of our dogs are fully vaccinated to include Bordetella, DHPP, DHLPP and Rabies. This is Lindy, but my foster family likes to call me Lindy Lou or Lindy Lou Who.  She’s a petite husky girl.  She had a bit of a rough start to life but is quickly acclimating to life in a home.  She is the sweetest, happy dog and loves love and her people.  She came into the rescue with little to no training but is a fast learner and eager to please.  She almost has sit mastered, and we are working on down and stay with her.  She is potty trained and has never had an accident in the house.  She is great with people of all ages.  She is fantastic with the 4-year-old twins in her foster home.  She lays right next to them while they play and let’s them include her in whatever game they are playing.  Lindy is a medium energy dog whohas the occasional case of the zoomies.  Once her energy is burned off, she’s happiest laying on a soft warm bed or right at your feet wherever you are in the house.  She is crate trained and sleeps happily in her crate at night.  She lives in a home with two other large dogs.  She is fine with one of the dogs but is still reactive with the second dog.  With proper and slow introductions, she may be good in a home with another dog.  Lindy is spayed and ready for her forever family. Adoption fees: Adult: 1-6 yrs $400.00 Each of our dogs are fully vaccinated to include Bordetella, DHPP, DHLPP and Rabies. We deworm each dog and chip. Lastly, we spay or neuter each of our dogs. Looking for a happy, super sweet, endlessly entertaining new best friend? Meet 4.5 mo old Cali (short for Caliente)!  Cali is a typical puppy and pretty much always into mischief when she is not eating or sleeping.  She has her busy times but settles really well after a good play session- for a GSD puppy she is actually pretty mellow! She will quietly hang out nearby when you are at your computer or watching tv but is not at all clingy. Cali has also got plenty of puppy smarts. She sleeps all night in her crate with no accidents and is nearly fully house trained. Cali is absolutely food driven so training is a snap. She is well on her way with basic training: we have been working on sit, stand, down, stay, come, crate, watch me, and go hurry up. This pup gives great eye contact! Cali is confident and comfortable with our resident dog and is learning to respect her boundaries. We don’t know how she is with cats but she will chase birds and insects in the yard so may have some prey drive. We think she would be great with older kids (no babies or toddlers for now). She rides well in the car and loves getting out in the big wide world. She can be a little unsure in new situations but just needs more exposure to people, places, and things, accompanied by plenty of treats! With continued training and socialization this little girl is going to make a lucky someone a great companion! Adoption fees: Puppies: up to 1 yr $450.00 Each of our dogs are fully vaccinated to include Bordetella, DHPP, DHLPP and Rabies. We deworm each dog and chip. Isabella (Izzie) is a sweet girl who wants to find her person! She's already bonded to her foster mom and follows her wherever she goes - even waiting at the door politely until foster mom reappears! She's super snuggly with children and plays well with submissive dogs. She will do best in a home where she can be top banana, with no cats (she can't help but chase them!). Izzie is currently underweight but has found her appetite and will fill out as soon as we will let her! She doesn't jump up or counter surf, and is already learning basic commands. She's potty trained and sleeps in a crate, but wants to be near you at bedtime. Izzie will make a wonderful family dog! Adoption fees: Adult: 1-6yr $400.00 Each of our dogs are fully vaccinated to include Bordetella, DHPP, DHLPP and Rabies. We deworm each dog and chip. Lastly, we spay or neuter each of our dogs. I am Sierra, an approx. 1-2 years old female gsd. I am around 60 lbs in my petite body.  I was found living in an irrigation ditch in North Tracy and while there were a few people posting on FB about me, no one was there to help me.  I had to find my own shelter, protect myself from humans and other animals, and I was so hungry and scared.  Then these two ladies came out with some water and food one morning and I felt their love instantly.  I even was out waiting for them after the storm to come back and there they were.  Within seconds I was safe and secure and knew I was going to be okay. In my foster home, I have been learning how to trust others and learning how to be a dog.  This takes me a lot of time but I am really trying to be brave with every day comes a new adventure with my foster mom. What I am hoping to find: Fetching partner – you throw the ball, I will bring it back; slow Long walks – I mean sloooowwww walks. I love to smell everything for a lengthy time so lets take some slow long walks together; cuddler – I love to sit next to you or on lay across your lap.  I love to be near you; someone to pet me – one of my favorite things; home to feel warmth – want to be inside with my family; someone who is calm/understanding/patient and will offer me the time to learn to trust my family and take things at my pace. What I offer: no separation anxiety, I just sleep when my hooman is away from me; toy driven dog, the spike ball is my absolute favorite toy, it makes this crazy squeaky sound and I love playing fetch!  Easily trainable, a solid no usually she stops doing anything (don’t yell or be loud with me as I listen well to a correction and I want to please you) I go potty outside (I can go on dirt or cement or grass, you pick); cuddles (did I already mention I like cuddles).  I am spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and ready for a new home! Adoption fees: Adult: 1-6yr $400.00 Each of our dogs are fully vaccinated to include Bordetella, DHPP, DHLPP and Rabies. We deworm each dog and chip. Lastly, we spay or neuter each of our dogs.
