Meet Dylan, a super cute 6 month old male poodle/doodle mix, currently weighing about 50 lbs! He is expected to grow to a large dog. He is good with other dogs, cats, people, and kids. Dylan would make a wonderful addition to any family, and he can't wait to find his furever home! From Dylan's current foster: "Dylan is the calmer than his brother Dakota. He's going to be big! His feet are huge! He has long, floppy ears that bounce when he runs and jumps around. He loves lovin', snuggles and gives kisses. We're working on sitting and all the bathroom stuff. He loves to play and loves chewing and squeaky toys. He walks well on leash but does go side to side a lot. He will go in the kiddie pool but hasn't really played in it. He's gotten a taste of the cats and will ultimately be fine with them. He is good with other dogs, though probably bigger ones. He doesn't know his size. And the lashes! Oh man! Both are the biggest, floppiest sweethearts! They are puppies. We're working on their potty habits, commands and boundary issues. They sleep in the crate together at night and don't have accidents when they're in there. They love food and treats (Greenies, cookies and Soup Bones)." Trouble is son to Mama Taylor Swift who came into our rescue as a pregnant stray. We do not know who dad is, but mom is a medium sized wire-coated Irish terrier mix and her babies (her Swifties) are a mix of wire hair, curly hair and flat coat and are ADORABLE! There are 8 puppies in the litter; two females and six males. Trouble is a black wire haired puppy with a small white patch on his chest and the characteristic terrier beard. He will likely be the same size as mom. These puppies are microchipped, are up to date with vaccinations, have no intestinal worms, and are being fostered in a loving CT foster home, by a foster mom who keeps them very clean and well-fed and stimulated. show less

Valentino is a young male full bred long hair chihuahua puppy, weighing just 2-3 lbs currently. He has the double merle gene, which caused micropathalmia (under developed eyes that are smaller than normal). As a result of this, he is vision impaired, but he does have some vision and is not fully blind Due his small size and vision impairment, we recommend older kids who know to respect a dog's space. This sweet guy is a tiny bundle of joy and is working on housebreaking and crate training. PLEASE NOTE: We are being very careful reviewing applications for this sweet, tiny boy. Meet Dusty, a sweet ~2 year old neutered male Affenpinscher mix! This little scruffy guy weighs about 10 lbs and is full grown. He is good with other dogs, people, and kids. He has not been cat tested, but we feel he would probably be fine with cats. From Dusty's foster mom: Dusty loves to be held and in your lap. He is a constant shadow dog and his tail is always wagging. Good with dogs his size and larger, and isn't afraid to defend his space from them. Meet Mercedes, the loving mama to the Fast Car litter (Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, and Toronado). She is a 2-3 year old spayed female Tibetan Spaniel mix, weighing about 25 lbs! Mercedes was picked up as a stray by animal control when she was heavily pregnant. Paws Rescue League saved her and secured a foster home for her to deliver and wean her babies. Mercedes surprised her new foster mom by delivering her first pup in the car on the drive there! Thus, they were named after fast cars! 🚘 From Mercedes' current foster: "This precious girl Mercedes is a Tibetan spaniel mix about 3 years old and just the best dog ever. She is so sweet. Completely potty trained and crate trained. She loves to play with all the dogs and enjoys the attention of people. She is working on walking on a leash. She is just a pure ball of love. Meet the Pepper litter: Jalapeño, Bishop, Trinidad, Aji, Tangerine, Ghost, Poblano, Pequin, Scotch Bonnet, and Sweet Bell! They are expected to grow to medium sized dogs. Mama Carolina (wire terrier mix) and her 10 babies were dumped in a tote in 95 degree heat in TN, when they were only days old. This little family was suffering from heat exhaustion when they were taken in by animal control, and Paws Rescue League stepped in and placed mama and babies in a loving foster home to recuperate. Now that day is a distant memory, and the whole family is ready to find their furever homes! Ghost is a typical happy, playful puppy who loves everyone! Even tempered, cuddly, and has a bit more introverted personality. Kind of dog that'll enjoy a hike, then pull up a blanket and enjoy a good snuggle by the fire. Meet Mushroom, a super cute 6 month old neutered male dachshund mix, weighing about 16 lbs! He likely won't get much bigger. . Unlike their other siblings, Mushroom and Reishi both have long legs and look like they could be mixed with Italian Greyhound. Mushroom and his siblings were rescued from a hoarding case in TN. He is a timid boy who is easily startled, and he is working on building his confidence. He is shy at first, but he warms up to be a sweet, loving dog once he knows you are safe. Mushroom would do best in a quiet, calm home. Due to his timid nature, we recommend older kids 8+ who know to respect a dog's space, or no kids. Mushroom is fine with most dogs, but he prefers lower energy dogs. He does resource guard food/treats from other dogs (never people), so he will need to be fed and given high value treats separately from other dogs (we recommend this with ALL dogs regardless). Meet Left Eye, a beautiful and unique looking 6 month old spayed female terrier/lab/husky mix pup! She has a gorgeous brown/gray colored coat and has one blue eye and one brown eye! She weighs about 35 lbs currently and is expected to grow to a medium/large sized dog. Left Eye and her siblings were rescued at 4 weeks old after their mom was hit by a car and sadly killed. They have been fostered in TN for the past 4 months, until Paws Rescue League gave them their freedom ride to New England to find their furever homes! All of these pups just love to be loved and are loyal family members. Left Eye is a bit shy at first, but once she knows she is loved and safe, she is always by your side and loves to snuggle! She is good with other dogs, all people, and kids (not cat tested). A 100% good doggo! This pretty lady is fully housebroken. Cubby and his siblings were rescued at 4 weeks old after their mom was hit by a car and sadly killed. They have been fostered in TN for the past 4 months, until Paws Rescue League gave them their freedom ride to New England to find their furever homes! All of these pups just love to be loved and are loyal family members. From Cubby's current foster: "Cubby is a super sweet, happy, friendly boy who loves everyone! He is very social and wants to stop to say hi to every person and dog we pass on walks. He LOVES other dogs and he adores kids! He is a smart boy who is very treat motivated and just wants to please, so he should be easy to train! He knows "sit" and "down" so far and he picked them both up very quickly. He is not a huge fan of the crate, but he is learning that crate time = special tasty treats! Cubby is a really good boy and would make a wonderful family dog!" He was born with an underdeveloped right eye, which is not causing him any problem. Sam is a sweet, good natured boy who is good with other dogs, people, and kids. He can be a bit shy at first, but he warms up with some patience. He has not been cat tested, so we are unsure how he would do with cats. He is medically up to date, housebroken, and crate trained. From Sam’s TN foster: “Sam has a typical meek beagle temperament. Always hungry and will dance at mealtime. He is a little shy initially and needs to be coaxed into new places. But once he gains a little confidence, he is a huge cuddler. He loves to tell you exactly what he is thinking but has also learned to be a sweet boy now. He is so fast and loves to rough house with everyone, even mom.
