Meet Mushroom, a super cute 6 month old neutered male dachshund mix, weighing about 16 lbs! He likely won't get much bigger. . Unlike their other siblings, Mushroom and Reishi both have long legs and look like they could be mixed with Italian Greyhound. Mushroom and his siblings were rescued from a hoarding case in TN. He is a timid boy who is easily startled, and he is working on building his confidence. He is shy at first, but he warms up to be a sweet, loving dog once he knows you are safe. Mushroom would do best in a quiet, calm home. Due to his timid nature, we recommend older kids 8+ who know to respect a dog's space, or no kids. Mushroom is fine with most dogs, but he prefers lower energy dogs. He does resource guard food/treats from other dogs (never people), so he will need to be fed and given high value treats separately from other dogs (we recommend this with ALL dogs regardless). He is good with dog savvy cats. Mushroom is medically up to date, mostly housebroken, and crate trained. Apply to meet this sweet boy today! show less

Meet Left Eye, a beautiful and unique looking 6 month old spayed female terrier/lab/husky mix pup! She has a gorgeous brown/gray colored coat and has one blue eye and one brown eye! She weighs about 35 lbs currently and is expected to grow to a medium/large sized dog. Left Eye and her siblings were rescued at 4 weeks old after their mom was hit by a car and sadly killed. They have been fostered in TN for the past 4 months, until Paws Rescue League gave them their freedom ride to New England to find their furever homes! All of these pups just love to be loved and are loyal family members. Left Eye is a bit shy at first, but once she knows she is loved and safe, she is always by your side and loves to snuggle! She is good with other dogs, all people, and kids (not cat tested). A 100% good doggo! This pretty lady is fully housebroken. Mama Carolina (wire terrier mix) and her 10 babies were dumped in a tote in 95 degree heat in TN, when they were only days old. This little family was suffering from heat exhaustion when they were taken in by animal control, and Paws Rescue League stepped in and placed mama and babies in a loving foster home to recuperate. Now that day is a distant memory, and the whole family is ready to find their furever homes! Pequin is a typical happy, playful puppy who love everyone! Good with dogs, cats, kids, and all people. He was born with an underdeveloped right eye, which is not causing him any problem. Sam is a sweet, good natured boy who is good with other dogs, people, and kids. He can be a bit shy at first, but he warms up with some patience. He has not been cat tested, so we are unsure how he would do with cats. He is medically up to date, housebroken, and crate trained. From Sam’s TN foster: “Sam has a typical meek beagle temperament. Always hungry and will dance at mealtime. He is a little shy initially and needs to be coaxed into new places. But once he gains a little confidence, he is a huge cuddler. Porsche and his siblings are 8 week Tibetan Spaniel/Aussie Shepherd mix pups who were born into our rescue when their mother, Mercedes, came into the shelter heavily pregnant. She gave birth to four beautiful babies that we named after fast cars. There are all now in CT and ready for their forever homes. Porsche is the "tough guy" of the group (at a whopping 5 lbs haha). He loves to tell you exactly what he is thinking but has also learned to be a sweet boy now. He is so fast and loves to rough house with everyone, even mom. He is working on his potty training and sleeps with his siblings. He wakes everyone up early to say good morning. Loves to play with all the toys even when they are bigger than him and to be outside. Summer is daughter to Mama Taylor Swift who came into our rescue as a pregnant stray. We do not know who dad is, but mom is a medium sized wire-coated Irish terrier mix and her babies (her Swifties) are a mix of wire hair, curly hair and flat coat and are ADORABLE! There are 8 puppies in the litter; two females and six males. Summer has a little white on her chin and on her chest. She is fluffy and soft (and oh, so, sweet!). We do not expect her to shed much as an adult due to her coat type. She will be a medium sized dog like her mama. These puppies are microchipped, are up to date with vaccinations, have no intestinal worms, and are being fostered in a loving CT foster home, by a foster mom who keeps them very clean and well-fed and stimulated. show less

Kong is a super sweet 6 month old neutered male husky/lab/terrier mix pup! He currently weighs about 40 lbs and is expected to grow to a medium/large sized dog (he's pretty much full grown now). His coat is a beautiful brown/gray (with white on his chest/paws), and has gotten lighter over time. Pictures do not do him justice! Kong and his siblings were rescued at 4 weeks old after their mom was hit by a car and sadly killed. They have been fostered in TN for the past 4 months, until Paws Rescue League gave them their freedom ride to New England to find their furever homes! He is polite, smart, a good listerner, LOVES to cuddle and is so incredibly handsome with his unique colored coat! His CT foster family absolutely adores him. Maxx may start out aloof or shy when he first meets you, but once he knows you, he will own you like the cat you never thought you needed in your life (we all know cats and their judgement of their owners, lol). He may give grumpy cat a run for her money with his adorable under bite but don't let that fool you, he is a charming little guy!. Maxx is medically up to date, housebroken, and crate trained. August is son to Mama Taylor Swift who came into our rescue as a pregnant stray. We do not know who dad is, but mom is a medium sized wire-coated Irish terrier mix and her babies (her Swifties) are a mix of wire hair, curly hair and flat coat and are ADORABLE! There are 8 puppies in the litter; two females and six males. August is a scruffy, wire coat adorable boy who reminds us from Doc from Back to the Future! lol. He will likely be the same size as mom with a similar wire coat. These puppies are microchipped, are up to date with vaccinations, have no intestinal worms, and are being fostered in a loving CT foster home, by a foster mom who keeps them very clean and well-fed and stimulated. show less
