Before you go any further reading about me - you should know who my foster momma is! She's the adoption lady at this place she calls "the shelter" I don't know what that is, because she hasn't let me stay there before. So if you get to adopt me you must be something special! She also wants you to know that I HAVE to go with one of my siblnigs, I am way too scared without their support and happiness. Besides my helicopter mom - I had a hard start in life. I have a stray birth mom, who did her absolute best, but with how little resources she had I ended up being smaller than a kitten half my age. I was sick, small, and scared. I'm LOVING life now and have a crazy amount of playful energy though! It does mean that I am not spayed yet, I'm too small for some vaccinations, and it's very possible there will be long term consquences to this hard start. I am the most shy out of the litter. Now that doesn't mean I don't like people - I'm the most unsure if I'll be safe with you. When I know I'm safe, I'm very sweet and I'll play all day. You may even catch me purring when I see my people walking in! But, when there's loud noises, too much movement, or fast moving people I become very nervous and I go hide. I'd love a family that has a calm environment where I can learn that nothing bad is going to happen to me. I have lived with big dogs, and as long as they aren't too crazy I should manage another dog okay. I'm obsessed with other cats! Like seriously, obsessed. I'd prefer a family that isn't going to have kids in the near future, that way I can settle into my environment and have a few years of love with my people to develop self confidence! show less

We're still really young, though, and would love to spend our lives growing up outside of an animal shelter. See, we were found as strays and brought to a rescue, then we were transferred to the SPCA. We would love a chance to get to know a real home! We do NOT like dogs, though, so no doggie siblings for us! We would be happy with kids or other cats, though. We're especially happy when we're together! And no, nothing is really wrong with our eyes. We've been to the vet and everything, and the vet decided it was better to leave things as they are than try to operate and remove any tissue. See, when we were little babies, we had upper respiratory infections that got out of hand, and that resulted in ulcers developing on our eyelids. Fortunately, our eyes are pretty much intact beneath the wonky eyelids, so we can still see fairly well. We just have matching eyes now! Hey there, my name is Bria, and I'm about as sweet of a girl as they come! I am currently in foster with a nice person who is helping out the shelter, since when I arrived, there were a lot of dogs, and I needed some extra care. I have had a sensitive stomach in the past, but feeding me a bland diet for a while helped to sort me right out. Now, I am doing great, eating regular old Purina dog food and couldn’t be happier. My foster tells me I am excellent on a leash, and I love going around town with him and meeting new folks. To be honest though, I also enjoy spending time at home watching movies with my family.
